Exterior

The quilted lambskin exterior is in very good condition with a soft, supple feel. There is a small indentation mark on the quilted leather. The overall structure appears well-maintained with light signs of use.

Corners

Corners show minimal to no visible wear, maintaining their shape and integrity.

Hardware

The mixed-metal hardware, featuring aged gold and ruthenium tones, shows some tarnishing and wear, particularly on the gold-tone chain links. The iconic CC clasp is functional, though some light surface scratches may be present.

Handle / strap

The leather-intertwined chain strap is intact. Some of the leather segments woven through the chain show wear and slight discoloration, especially on the gold-tone section of the chain. The adjustable leather strap portion appears in very good condition.

Edge / glazing

There is significant peeling and damage to the edge paint/glazing, particularly noticeable near the chain attachment points and on the top flap edges.

Interior
