Exterior

Very good pre-owned condition overall. The black calfskin leather features a unique combination of diamond-quilted solid leather on the lower section and a perforated mesh-style leather on the upper half. The leather is supple with light creasing and minor surface scuffs from gentle use.

Corners

Visible rubbing and light color fading on the bottom corners, particularly along the piping of the base, showing minor graying but no structural damage or exposed piping.

Hardware

The silver-tone hardware, including the eyelets, chain strap, CC logo charm, and bottom protective studs, remains bright and functional with minor hairline scratches.

Handle / strap

The chain-link straps interwoven with leather are in great condition. The integrated flat leather shoulder pads show light softening and minimal creasing.

Edge / glazing

The edge glazing along the top rim and sides shows minor wear and light rubbing from normal handling, but remains largely intact with no major peeling.

Interior

The dark textile-lined interior is clean with only minor signs of use. The leather brand stamp 'CHANEL MADE IN ITALY' is clearly legible and intact.

Shape & structure

Maintains its shape well, though there is some minor natural slouching typical of this soft-structured tote design when not fully filled.
