However, there is significant wear, fraying, and peeling on the black leather corners and trim, particularly noticeable around the base and top edges. The gold-tone hardware, including the zipper pulls, D-rings, and rivets, shows visible scratches and some loss of plating consistent with regular use. The top handle is sturdy, and both detachable straps (canvas and chain) are present. The interior is lined with a dark fabric and appears generally clean with some minor dust accumulation.
